Q. Can I consult with you before a property has been selected?

Yes, you can.
Based on viewings and drawings of candidate properties, we assess their suitability for the plan from perspectives including size, facilities, regulations, and construction costs.
Consulting us from the property-selection stage can also help reduce unexpected costs and planning constraints after the contract is signed.

Q. Is there a fee for consultation or the first meeting?

Initial consultations and meetings are free of charge.
After hearing about the project, we will provide a formal proposal and estimate.

Q. At what stage do costs begin?

Once we have discussed your needs and aligned on the overall direction, we will provide a quotation. The project will begin only after you have reviewed and approved the scope and costs.

Q. Can I consult with you even if my budget is limited?

Yes, please tell us your budget first.
Rather than replacing everything, we consider ways to maximize the effect within your budget—such as making use of existing elements, organizing the scope of work, and prioritizing materials and specifications.

Alongside spatial design, we provide integrated proposals for logos, signage, menus, packaging, websites, and more. Rather than considering the space and graphics separately, we create a cohesive experience across the entire brand.

Yes, you can.
We select and propose the elements that shape the spatial experience, including furniture, lighting, art, tableware, fixtures, and audio equipment.
We can work with original furniture and collaborations with artists, in addition to off-the-shelf products.

Yes, we can.
We can handle meetings, presentations, and document preparation in English.
With extensive experience in design, construction, and on-site coordination overseas, we can move projects forward flexibly both in Japan and abroad.

Yes, you can.
Depending on the project and region, we can introduce contractors and specialist companies we have worked with before.
If you already have a designated contractor, we will work in coordination with them.

Q. Do you provide support after delivery?

We provide support for adjustments and improvements after launch as needed.
