We will also explain our approach to spatial design and how we carry projects forward.

As needed, we visit the site to assess the building's condition, dimensions, facilities, applicable regulations, and other factors.
We organize the project's underlying conditions from multiple perspectives, including the nature of the business, target audience, location, surrounding environment, and availability of existing drawings.

Based on our discussions and site survey, we consider the spatial composition, circulation, and required functions, then propose a floor plan.
Rather than simply designing a store or space, we broaden our perspective to encompass the brand as a whole and the potential of the business. This may include collaboration with other disciplines as we propose ideas that create an appeal unique to the location.

Once you have approved the floor plan and overall direction of the project, we enter into a design and supervision agreement.
After both parties confirm the scope of design work, schedule, design fees, and other terms, we begin the full design process.

We develop the many elements that shape the space, including materials, colors, lighting, furniture, fixtures, and signage.
Using drawings, sketches, and CG imagery to share the vision for the finished space, we refine the design in terms of both aesthetics and function.
As needed, we also propose graphics, websites, and other tools as part of a cohesive design.

Based on the design drawings, we ask the construction company to prepare a construction estimate.
We carefully review the scope and cost, then adjust materials, specifications, and construction methods while balancing them against the budget. Preserving the design intent, we refine the plan into a feasible form.

We work with the construction company and partners across each discipline to carry out the construction.
During construction, we regularly visit the site as the designers to ensure consistency with the drawings and confirm that the finishes and design intent are being properly realized.
We manage quality through completion while responding to changes and adjustments that arise on site.

After construction is complete, we inspect the workmanship, facilities, and finishes before handing over the space.
As needed, we photograph and document the completed work, compiling a record of the project's outcome.

Completion is both a milestone and a beginning.
We design with the expectation that the space will evolve over time, remaining involved to address changes and challenges that emerge through its use and continually updating it toward a better state.
